Break free from boring routines:
It’s summer, you can have fun and reach your goals. Shake things up! If you stick to doing the same things the same way every day, try changing them around. If you walk or jog the same route chose a different one, or even a different activity, you could even ask a friend to join you.
So, you like to eat healthy, but are bored to tears with the same meals, look for new recipes, Pinterest, is a great place to find a wide variety of recipes. There are so many short cuts you can take to speed up meal prep. Your taste buds will thank you!
The point here is to look at what you are trying to achieve and be flexible with how you get from point A to B. The caveat is that you want it to align with your goal and not be self-defeating.
